  • Organizations are often required to retain external support in the conducting of a fair and impartial investigation for sensitive employment matters, typically involving some ethical concern.
  • Working with in-house or external counsel, we have conducted over 250 complex investigations involving EEO/harassment, financial wrongdoing, and other ethical violations. Each investigation follows a structured protocol agreed to by the client and is completed with a written report, including determinations of credibility.
  • Our experience includes investigations with public corporations, family-owned business, and non-profit organizations.
